Questions
& Answers
Are you a non-profit business?
No. Britain Chevrolet is a for profit business and we are praying that
God blesses our business beyond what we can even dream. We have a desire
to use our business to impact people for the kingdom of God.
I don’t live near your dealership.
Can you still help with my vehicle purchase?
Absolutely! We have helped people all over the U.S. save money on their
vehicle purchase. By locating the perfect vehicle near where you live,
we can save the costs of stocking a vehicle on our lot. This savings
is passed on to you.
Is it safe to buy a pre-owned vehicle over the Internet without actually
looking at it?
Yes. We use only certified dealer networks and auctions to find your
vehicle. You will receive an exact description along with many pictures
of your vehicle. We pull a history report as well as knowing minute details
such as; smoker/non-smoker vehicle, any prior repairs, tire tread depth,
etc. At a typical auction, most vehicles are there for a reason. We search
all over to find the cream of the crop to fit our customer’s high
standards.
I want a new vehicle but not a Chevrolet. Do you sell other NEW makes?
We have a Chevrolet franchise that allows us to sell NEW Chevy’s.
However I have connections all over that allow me to find just about
any make or model. Sometimes I can even fine a “used” vehicle
that is basically brand new, with only a few hundred miles on it. Thus
saving even more compared to brand new.
How do you make a profit if you are saving me so much money?
By selling at a fair price and providing a no pressure, honest sales
process, we make a reasonable profit. Over the years I have found that
most dealerships are unwilling to work hard to find the customer the
best deal. We are committed to spending the time and energy it takes
to find the lowest price on a vehicle. Thus, saving our customer money,
and allowing us to make a reasonable profit.
How do you sell at a lower price than comparable vehicles in my area?
Often I can find a vehicle in another region and bring it to you at a
great savings. I.e. buying a convertible in the North and shipping it
to a warmer climate or buying a two-wheel drive vehicle in an area where
four-wheel drives are in demand can save thousands.
I’m in the beginning stages of shopping for a car, should I wait
until I’m ready to buy to contact you?
No. We are happy to assist you in the beginning stages. We can offer
our expertise and advice without pressuring you. We want to move at a
pace you are comfortable with and we never use typical pressure tactics.
Our goal is helping you find the best deal that is our there, even if
that means you purchase from somewhere else. Many times I have located
a vehicle and directed the customer to another dealership because it
was the best option for the customer.
I don’t have a particular missionary/ministry
in mind, what will happen to the commission?
No problem. We will forward it to where we feel the greatest need is
or give it to a general fund that supports many ministries.
I have a trade-in, is this a problem?
No. Just be honest and upfront with the description, miles, condition,
etc.
Can you secure financing for me?
Yes. Because of our volume, we are usually able to meet or beat the rate
you can get through your own bank or credit union. We don’t have
any loan fees and can save you time by securing financing in a matter
of minutes. We currently have lenders offering rates as low as 0%!
I’ve recently had some problems and
my credit score is not very good.
No problem. In this economy many good people have experienced bad things
happening to them. We deal with over 40 lending institutions. Our job
is to find the one that meets your needs. We have helped many people
who have had bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, late payments,
medical and tax liens, etc. We have guaranteed financing available that
will allow you to be in a new vehicle and put your credit on the road
to recovery.
I’ve noticed you’ve sold a
lot of vehicles to pastors or people in the ministry; do you offer discounts
to them?
Yes. Growing up in a pastor’s home I know first hand the challenges
these people on the front lines of ministry face. We are committed to
offering them vehicles at or near our cost.
